Expression of Interest (EOI): Each aspiring ITGK applicant submits an EOI to RKCL, expressing their intent to offer various courses, with RS-CIT being a mandatory course.

Approval: After review and audit, RKCL approves and authorizes select ITGK applicants, allowing them to begin student enrollment.

Marketing & Promotion: Once an ITGK is approved, it starts marketing and promotion of RKCL courses & services in and around its location for learner acquisition by adopting various marketing methods.

Student Enrollment: An interested student registers for RS-CIT and other courses by applying offline at a nearest ITGK of their choice. ITGK submits the application through the RKCL portal.

Fee Payment: Enrolled students submit their course fees via the ITGK to RKCL in accordance with the approved fee structure.

Course Delivery: ITGKs deliver course training, providing educational materials to students based on RKCL's guidelines using both online and offline methods. ITGK ensures only well-trained & quality faculty guide the students in an effective lab environment.

Government Schemes: ITGKs also deliver training under various government-sponsored schemes based on RKCL terms & selection criteria.

Examination: Upon completing their courses, students appear for the corresponding exams either in offline or online modes. ITGKs prepare them well for these exams.

Certification: Successful students receive printed certificates (and also via DigiLocker) from ITGKs, endorsed by both RKCL and VMOU for RS-CIT. Certificates for other courses are issued by RKCL directly or jointly with knowledge partners, as the case may be.

Certificate Corrections: For any certificate errors (correction or duplicate), ITGK on behalf of students can submit an online correction request via the RKCL portal.

Document Submission & Verification: Students then submit the required physical documents to RKCL via ITGKs for verification. Based on the documents, RKCL either approves or rejects the correction request.

University Role: Approved corrections are sent to the university, which issues the updated certificate to RKCL, who then shares it with the student via ITGKs.

Instruction Dissemination: RKCL periodically issues scheme-specific guidelines to ITGKs based on departmental requirements. ITGKs disseminate this information to the citizens of the state, creating awareness and ensuring compliance.

Monitoring: The RKCL team monitors the progress and implementation of government-sponsored schemes across ITGKs to ensure compliance and effectiveness. ITGKs comply with various norms for effective scheme implementation.

Scheme Fund Distribution: The RKCL team diligently tracks and monitors the timely distribution of scheme funds to concerned ITGKs via online mode.
