seeking employment opportunities abroad especially in Middle Eastern countries, thereby supporting economic empowerment and job readiness. But such opportunities were lacking in various government schemes aimed at upliftment of minority community. Department of Minority Affairs and Waqf, Government of Rajasthan (GoR) signed MoU with Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) for this initiative / scheme for addressing this gap and providing trainings in English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, etc to minority community.

Capacity Building / Skills imparted:
RKCL’s foreign language trainings imparted under this initiative are based on the global language proficiency frameworks like CEFR which stands for the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. CEFR or equivalent frameworks are used worldwide for educational and professional purposes, helping learners, educators, and employers assess language proficiency. All the trainings also integrated cultural insights and practical applications to ensure well-rounded language acquisition.
This initiative has not only empowered the minority youth with language proficiency but also opens doors to new career opportunities in a rapidly globalizing job market.
Looking ahead, RKCL plans to expand this initiative across other government departments to further enhance its service offerings and reach more individuals, helping them acquire the skills needed to thrive in a multilingual world.
