R-CAT has been established by Government of Rajasthan to enhance employability of engineering and technology students and youth of the state looking forward to get trained and absorbed in the emerging technologies industry. It operates under the aegis of Department of IT & Communication, Government of Rajasthan.

Certification Courses and Soft Skill Trainings by RKCL
R-CAT has developed partnerships with leading tech OEMs/Training Partners to offer Globally Recognised Courses and Certifications in advanced & emerging IT technologies. R-CAT and RKCL have established a fruitful collaboration for providing training programs in various valuable domains. This partnership aims to equip individuals with essential skills and OEM certifications such as Digital Marketing, Salesforce, and more. Apart from offering training programmes in the key technologies for their domain expertise, R-CAT also has embedded Soft Skills and Personality Development to inculcate Meta Skills among their students for which RKCL has been engaged.
RKCL is also assisting RCAT in conducting regular Quiz-A-Thons by conducting exams at its centers. Till date, more than 7000 RCAT Quizathon applicants have been examined at RKCL centers. These Quiz-a-thons act as the entrance cum scholarship tests for admissions to various certification courses.
In the budget speech 2022-23, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan announced to set up English Language labs and provide Spoken English training to teachers and students of Mahatma Gandhi and Vivekananda Model Schools.

Beneficiary Details
Approximately 7,000 learners have been examined at RKCL exam centers.
In association with RCAT, DoIT&C and School Education department, RKCL has successfully completed the first phase of Spoken English training for 400+ Government teachers at divisional headquarters. The positive results of this initial phase have been inspiring, as teachers have grown in confidence in their ability to communicate in English.
