A Service Provider is a business entity empaneled by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) to create and manage RKCL’s Authorised Information Technology Gyan Kendras (ITGKs) in the state of Rajasthan. Service Providers are part of Channel Partner Network that consists of Service Providers and IT Gyan Kendras (ITGKs).
Service Providers play an important and pivotal role in management and administration of network operations and may run operations in multiple districts of Rajasthan. Service Providers are responsible for following activities (not limited to) :-
Creation of New ITGKs (Centers)
Training of ITGKs
Target Planning
Marketing and Promotional Activities
Admissions Management
Learning and Learner Management
Quality Control (Field Visits and Inspections)
Examination Support
Grievance Handling and Redressal
Communication with ITGKs, RKCL and Learners
