In our society, the significance of career planning is often underestimated. Many students opt for careers like Engineering, Medicine, Police, and Teaching simply due to their popularity. Often, students lack clarity about their interests and future aspirations.

RKCL has a vast network of approx. 6900+ IT Gyan Kendra’s across the state. These ITGKs not only have 50000+ Multimedia Ready Computers connected through the internet but also have skillful intellectual manpower who can be trained to guide school/college students make their career decisions.

RKCL has selectively chosen approx. 170+ interested & capable IT Gyan Kendra and trained them to conduct Career Counselling/Guidance sessions in School/Colleges. These “Certified Career Coach” have conducted 300+ Seminars/Sessions in School/Colleges/Institutions and have guided approx. 5000+ Students in last 01 year. Through this program, RKCL encourages students to commence career contemplation from 9th grade onward, enabling them to align their aspirations and abilities with suitable career goals.
